Pleaded guilty to five counts of matter portraying sexual performances by minors. He's been spamming OSU football players & recruits on Twitter with "motivational quotes."

The KSP’s Electronic Crimes Unit plumbed the hard drive of Waugh’s computer and found he had attempted to erase some of the images but that they were still there, Justice said. Investigators also found evidence to indicate there was “no doubt” that Waugh had downloaded the pictures intentionally, he said.

The images were all of boys younger than 16, Justice said.

There is a picture of him out there with Bosa, Anzalone, and Heuerman. Also, RecruitBuck is gone but he helped get this out there. Just a old guy with an inferiority complex trying to be cool. I had him on my watch list when he used the word swag more than once in a single tweet.

Yeah, in the Lantern article it states the school strongly urges the student-athletes to block him on Twitter and Facebook because it looks bad for them and the school

Tons of credit to Ramzy and Urbzrenewal for getting Waugh on compliance's radar before anyone else. It would seem pretty open and shut, but hopefully Kentucky State Police can ensure he doesn't come close to dialoguing with any underaged kids ever again and the university can make this into a real teaching moment.
