Seems like Urban and Herman (that's fun to say) have all of our QB's wearing knee braces on one leg. Just interesting to note, IMO. That's a practice that Pete Carroll's staff took up and one that Lane Kiffin's staff continues to. I think Norm Chow implemented it there. Needless to say they have had some pretty good QB's in their time, although I'm not saying a knee brace is going to make our guys elite.

Probably has to do with allowing them to firmly plant their leg so that they can throw better? Just a guess.
Doug at the Plain Dealer wrote that it was for protection.
Urban stated that the left knee was a great spot of weakness of the QBs so he wants to make sure that they have enough support for throwing.

Sevon Pittman is already a big dude. Looking for good things from him, and man Adam Griffin is short. Conner Crowell looks like he has tree trunks for thighs. Hope he can stay healthy to provide some LB depth.
vacuuming sucks
I kept thinking who in the Hell is number 11, then I realized it was Pittman. Crowell is an athletic freak and I hope he's fully recovered from his leg injury. The guy was Top 5 at the Nike Sparq combine.
Looking at the pics I thought who the hell is that monster #11 and with it being Pittman my only thought was wow, a freshman. They sure do come big nowadays! And Hankins lost at least one personality, maybe two, he looks great.

I dont always root for college athletics, but when i do (which is most of the time) I choose THE Ohio State Buckeyes.
