And FYI, Craig James is running for the U.S. Senate in the state of Texas. So pick your poison: Do you want him in the broadcast booth or in the federal government?
It's true... We really are a bunch of nuts!
Go Bucks!
"To anyone who's spent the last two decades listening to James speak professionally about the subject he knows best — football — the idea of him presiding over sophisticated matters of legitimate national concern is both hilarious and terrifying. In light of his apparent campaign to oust the most successful coach in Texas Tech history on behalf of his entitled, under-performing son, it's borderline appalling.
But this is a single-issue blog, and from that perspective, America's loss could be college football's gain: If sending a straight shooter with a crooked gun to the Senate means James is out of a job at ESPN, then sign us up. The economy is one thing, but Thursday night games without the incessant braying of The Pony is change we can believe in."
Roberto Bigwheel had a pretty good post on his Tumblr page about the chances of James actually winning the Senate primary (they're slim), but suggested he may be trying to gain some hpe for a House run in the next few years. Either way, the man's a snake and if I see him in my city I will proceed to tell him so.
I would love to see a MMA fight between Leach and James. James is in better shape, but Leach has that crazy factor, reminds me a bit of Mick Foley(Mankind). Yeah a steel cage match...very nice...lol

Is this Craig James you speak of the same one who I heard killed five hookers at SMU?
That statement may or maynot be true
Actually, my sources tell me that Craig James Killed 5 hookers.
Joe Schad will confirm this sometime next year.
Taquitos.
But are your sources 99.7% sure?
The same Craig James that may or may not have killed five hookers at SMU.
Apparently Craig James is going to run for Senate.
That sounds about right...the dude is a snake!
No! No! No!!!! Chuck Weiss is the offensive savant who took ND to new heights and Florida dominated all those SEC defenses in his single year!
In all seriousness, am I the only person who thinks he will fail there, Leach that is?
Anything can happen, but based on past performance, I'm not sure how you come up with that prediction.
Ed Cunningham has never been late for an ESPN propoganda meeting, that has been confirmed by sources.
And Tim Beckmen is clearly a better hire than Urban Meyer.
