Will miss his special teams presence. But in a way I'm glad to see Hyde get a shot. He's the 2nd best back on the team IMHO. Someone will be returning a lot of punts, probably not many kickoffs, will give a chance to someone else. Fields?

Ficks also said on his call-in show that Boom was nursing an ankle. Didn't practice Tuesday, but did yesterday. Expected to play. Also said return men could be Fields, Smith or even Boom.

Hyde is def the second best option at TB. Also this will hopefully give Hall more time to get over the "dropsies" on his punt returns. Two of them against Wisky, wth?

The first one wasn't Hall's fault, and the second one was more of nerves caused by the first one.

The first one was most definitely Hall's fault. Wood did not roll into him until after Hall already muffed the punt. Hall felt the pressure of his teammate coming or probably from his peripheral vision, got nervous and jumped too soon. This is not a knock on him because he has been outstanding returning the ball the past couple of years but this one falls squarely on him imo.
