Hey, Nashville is a nice place. I have nothing against Herbie. Maybe he was right to call out Pryor. I personally am so sick of pryor and his antics I am ready to move on to the Braxton Miller era.
Obviously we have plenty of those, since everyone here is so disillusioned at the fact that Miller will walk in and become the greatest thing since sliced bread..
Indeed. I've always made every excuse to like Herbstreit but this season, in particular, he's gone out of his way to make that impossible. He seems to be very confused about his loyalties and is certainly not someone I would ever want as a teammate or friend.
At the time he didn't have 3, but who gives a shit what he sold or didn't sell. He had bruises, cuts, and scars to remember those games by. Who needs trinkets when you've played in the game and know what the battle is all about. Some people just don't need certificates, trophies, and awards to say to everyone hey look what I did. They lived it, it's part of them, and they'll carry it with them forever.
For me, it's almost like fine china: my wife loves her fine china (custom commissioned by wealthy grandmother) but if it were up to me I would sell the useless stuff for 5k-6k and buy something more useful.
You can imagine what my wife thinks of that idea. :)
Yeah man he sold little golden trinkets, such a shame. Get over that, I'm sorry but if someone offers me 3K for a friggin' trinket, I'd say yes. That may seem cheap but honestly it would mean more if Michigan were keeping the rivalry interesting, instead they're making a joke out of it..
With him leaving, does that mean we won't be subjected to those annoying "Click it, Try it, Buy it" car commercials? (or whatever the hell he says as he is randomly holding a football. I always change the channel when it appears)

Good riddance. Don't want those who don't want to be here.
"We'll always be Buckeyes"
Were you ever a Buckeye, Kirk?
Another case of Columbus (and Ohio) brain drain...
Does anyone know why they chose Nashville?
I'm not sure why anyone should have a problem with this? He's doing what he feels is best for his family.

It would be cool to call out Pryor if it wasn't part of his continuous attempts to let the world and his superiors know that he's not a homer.
October 20th: National Kenneth Guiton Day
Or get into a pissing contest with a 20 year old.
Yeah I'm so sick of Pryor winning games for us it's unreal...
+1
Surely any QB can come right in and account for 3500 yards and 30+ TD's.

doesnt matter the man off the field only matters the man on the field...

that's pretty funny coming from a dude with a woody hayes quote in his comments
Herbstreit on Twitter today: "Listening to Finebaum on XM while driving. He's the man!" http://twitter.com/#!/K_Herbstreit/status/45996594033725442
This tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about Herbstreit.
Yep. Fake Buckeye. Fake as hell
We just need him to say "PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWL" just once and the transformation will be complete
What's a Finebaum?
Wow, seriously? That's embarrassing for Kirk. That might just be the nail in the coffin for my views of Herbie.
vacuuming sucks

Herbie = Troll
Pryor = "Winning!"
Buckeye born and bred. Buckeye til I'm dead.
I don't hate Pryor, but I won't defend him either. He may have OSU tats, but he sold his fucking gold pants.
He had three. Maybe he only sold 2

I agree.
