As first reported by Bucknuts, Freshman tight end Marcus Baugh was arrested Sunday morning at 1:26 AM at 11th and High (Charlie Bear) for "offenses involving underage persons" according to Ohio State University Public Safety Records. According to police report, Baugh was arrested for underage drinking and possession of a fake ID. He will be arraigned Monday at 9 a.m.

UPDATE MONDAY 10:08 A.M.: Baugh pleaded not guilty to charges. A pre-trial will be scheduled. The most likely end result is a fine and court costs.
