Considering the raging success of our inaugural Guess The Score Contest, we've decided to come at you with an even better version. To do that, we consulted with Ed McMahon and he said the key to success is to sweeten the schwag so that's exactly what we've done.
The hat giveaway was cool, but nothing can compete with our latest Grand Prize - a shirt of your choice from the 11W Store. I know, I know. We've gone mad, but these shirts are some bonafide wool pullers and we want to reward the winner with something befitting a champion. Now, wipe the froth from your mouth and pay attention to the rules:
- Leave only 1 prediction
- Include your email address
- Don't hijack somebody else's prediction (any duplicate pick is ineligible)
- Submit entry before kickoff
As usual, the winner will be the prediction that is closest to the final score for each team with the correct team winning. In the event of a tie in the amount of combined points away from the actual final score, the winner shall be the prediction that is closest to the final score in total points. I know, it seems like a formality but not after TLB squeaked by GoBucks89 the first time around.
We'll announce the winner on Monday and arrange armed guards to accompany the winner to their mailbox upon delivery as we know what kind of commotion these shirts cause. Good luck!

INJURY UPDATE
Jim Tressel said today that cornerback Andre Amos is now cleared as a full-go member of the OSU defense. Amos sat out the early season while recovering from a knee injury sustained last spring. Amos was expected to compete for playing time this year, perhaps even a starting position, prior to his injury.
Tressel also indicated that running back Brandon Saine is now running at full speed and may actually be able to play against Purdue. As late as yesterday Saine was not expected to play this weekend, but his knee injury is healing very quickly and he may be available this Saturday.

My last memory of your Bucks is an OK Purdue team beating them in Ross Ade:

Both teams are 5-0, neither has beaten a team with winning record. Both have much to prove...but one has been given the gift of a top-5 ranking.
OHIO STATE - 38
PURDUE - 10
Son of Wilford, start putting together consecutive seasons of good records & maybe, just maybe Purdue will get a little respect. Otherwise, assumptions will be made that teams like Purdue will more than likely fade or falter as the year goes on. Hence your ranking.
OSU 24

Painter is the 1st QB we faced who is both reasonably talented and not a freshman, I think he moves them for a few scores, and hence we have less time to score often.
Frosty...I kind of understand your point. That said, Kentucky is in the top-10...their only win over a ranked team is now unranked. Their history is richer with breaking NCAA rules than it is with winning.
Both teams playing in West Lafayette have much to prove.
Son, your an idiot.
Also, 2 teams Kentucky has played were previously ranked:
Louisville and Arkansas.
On top of that, the teams that Kentucky has played record totals to 14-10 while Purdue's totals 7-18.
