"We have to do more."

That's a direct quote from our interview with Maurice Clarett, and he's right. When it comes to mental health of people in need, or simply addressing the difficulties people face when their lives are turned upside-down, in general as a society we aren't doing the things that we should to help those in need.

But as an individual, Maurice Clarett is. In his new book, One and Done, he gives readers the benefit of his life experience, talking about a wide range of subjects related to how he handled life after football and the proactive steps he took to make positive change in both himself and the world around him.

Every time we've talked to Clarett on the Dubcast, he's been an absolute blast to talk to, and this time was no different. Definitely check it out. Plus! Chase Young, suspended! Maryland, upended! Ask Us Anything (which you can do via e-mail or Twitter), befriended!

It's a great Dubcast this week, so if you're a fan, go ahead and rate/subscribe to us on iTunes, Spotify, or Google Podcasts!

0:00 The Chase Young situation sucks, and is stupid, and sucks. A lot!

13:09 Maurice Clarett joins us and gets into some extremely true and real stuff.

45:46 Ask Us Anything wants to know just how bad Rutgers is. Answer: very bad.

And that'll do it! Thanks as always to you for listening and checking out our Dry Goods store, thanks to Travis for the logo, and we'll see you next week!
