There are probably a number of you in internetland wringing your hands about the outcome of this game, a one point victory over a 3-7 Michigan State team that for most of the year has been a lot more John L. Smith than Nick Saban.

And to a certain extent, I understand that. It's The Week of The Game, which is the Only Game That Matters. We capitalize the shit out of everything this week and put an X over every instance of the 13th letter of the alphabet that we can find; all the anxiety that we'd normally experience because of a narrow win over a bad team is amplified a hundredfold because of the gravity of what'll happen in a week.

On the other hand, knock it off. Whatever amount of braggadocio you've got left in your tank, you need to horde it like a chest of precious rubies because on Saturday the circus comes to town. Strap in, kids. Things are about to get weird.

THE PLAYERS

Just win, baby. Look, it may not always be pretty, but the youngest team in major college football is sitting at 10-1 in the toughest conference in the nation with one game left to go. They'll take it.

Agony and ecstasy. Every week these guys crack me up.

EVERYONE ELSE

If you can find a way to party, regardless of the outcome of a game, you are doing it correctly. I'm not exactly sure what "it" is, but it definitely involves freezing your asses off in a stadium of an inferior football team.

YOU'RE GOD DAMN RIGHT TWEET OF THE WEEK

That's it for this time. Game faces on, my friends. See you in seven days.
