Ten Buckeye wrestlers travel to St. Louis today to begin their quest for mat supremacy at the 2015 NCAA Wrestling Championships, which begin Thursday at noon at the Scottrade Center.

Wrestling nuts take heart. There will be eight full hours of action on Thursday beginning at noon with preliminary action, which concludes at 8 p.m. Ohio State will be represented by Nathan Tomasello (125 pounds), Johnni DiJulius (133 pounds), Logan Stieber (141 pounds), Hunter Stieber (149 pounds), Josh Demas (157 pounds), Bo Jordan (165 pounds), Mark Martin (174 pounds), Kenny Courts (184 pounds), Kyle Snyder (197 pounds) and Nick Tavanello (heavyweight).

Preview

Logan Stieber is the No. 1 seed in his weight class. All the senior has done is win four Big Ten championships and three national championships so far in his illustrious career. Let’s hope he closes his career with the full set of four titles. He is 24-0 this season and averaging 5.0 points per match. If you haven't seen Stieber in action, don't miss him while he's still an Ohio State grappler.

Tomasello, DiJulius, Jordan and Snyder are also top-five seeds in their weight classes.

The Buckeyes are coming off a tie with Iowa two weeks ago for the 2015 B1G championship, which is a nice feather in their caps because the Big Ten is the dominant conference in college wrestling. B1G Wrestling Coach of the Year Tom Ryan leads Ohio State into St. Louis.

How to catch all the action on TV

All six sessions will be televised. ESPNU will televise the first and second rounds Thursday, the quarterfinals on Friday, and the medal round on Saturday. ESPN3 will carry individual mat feeds throughout the entire tournament, including the return of Off the Mat during the finals. ESPN3 will once again offer multi-mat, simultaneous streams, which will allow fans to watch up to four different mats at one time.

ESPN will televise the semifinals on Friday and finals on Saturday in prime time.
