Marvin Harrison Jr.'s yearlong legal battle with Fanatics has ended.

According to Darren Rovell of cllct media, records filed with the New York Supreme Court on Thursday show the lawsuit has been "discontinued," the state's legal term for a settlement. Fanatics later confirmed to Rovell that the dispute between Harrison and the company had been resolved.

"The parties are pleased to have resolved this matter, and look forward to a productive working relationship going forward," the Fanatics spokesperson told Rovell in a statement.

Harrison's attorney, Andrew Staulcup, denied comment to Rovell.

Neither the Fanatics spokesperson nor Staulcup revealed the terms of the settlement.

Harrison and Fanatics began their legal battle after the company filed a lawsuit against Harrison and his business, The Official Harrison Collection, in May 2024. Fanatics accused the former Ohio State and current Arizona Cardinals wide receiver of breach of contract and tortious interference after Harrison tried to renegotiate a deal Fanatics said he had already signed while at Ohio State.

Fanatics later refiled its lawsuit against Harrison to add allegations of common law fraud and negligent representation after Harrison's legal team claimed that his business, not he, signed the original deal. Another strange detail: The legal team also claimed that Harrison's father, Marvin Harrison Sr., was the one who signed a three-year agreement for autographs and appearances with Fanatics.

In addition to his dispute with Fanatics, Harrison refused to sign the NFLPA group licensing agreement, which kept fans from being able to purchase products with his name, image and likeness during his rookie season.

Now that his battle with Fanatics has ended, Harrison's officially licensed products should be available on the company's online stores soon, a Fanatics spokesperson confirmed to Rovell.
