Viewing Guide For Ohio State’s 2024 NFL Scouting Combine Workouts at Lucas Oil Stadium

This week, the road to the NFL goes through Indianapolis for eight different Buckeyes.

Mike Hall, Cade Stover, Tommy Eichenberg, Steele Chambers, Josh Proctor, Miyan Williams and Matt Jones will work out at the NFL Scouting Combine inside Lucas Oil Stadium over the next four days. Marvin Harrison Jr., a future top-five pick in the NFL draft, will not participate in drills.

Media Interviews Schedule

Note: These interviews will not be televised

  • Steele Chambers: Wednesday at 9 a.m.
  • Tommy Eichenberg: Wednesday at 9:20 a.m.
  • Mike Hall: Wednesday at 10 a.m.
  • Josh Proctor: Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
  • Cade Stover: Thursday at 10:30 a.m.
  • Marvin Harrison Jr.: Friday at 8:20 a.m.
  • Miyan Williams: Friday at 10:40 a.m.
  • Matt Jones: Saturday at 10 a.m.

Workout Schedule

  • Defensive linemen and linebackers: Thursday (3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)
  • Defensive backs and tight ends: Friday (3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)
  • Quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs: Saturday (1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)
  • Offensive linemen: Sunday (1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

Workout Groups for Each Buckeye

  • Defensive linemen: Mike Hall in Group 1
  • Linebackers: Steele Chambers and Tommy Eichenberg in Group 3
  • Defensive backs: Josh Proctor in Group 5
  • Tight ends: Cade Stover in Group 6
  • Wide receivers and running backs: Miyan Williams in Group 7
  • Offensive linemen: Matt Jones in Group 10

Notable drills and workouts

  • 40-yard dash
  • Bench press
  • Vertical jump
  • Broad jump
  • Three-cone drill
  • 20-yard shuttle

Scouts collect player data based on their on-field results in the workouts mentioned above and position-specific drills. Each player will also be measured for their height, weight, hand width, arm length and wingspan on the morning of their workouts, while the bench press will be held the day after each player’s workout group does the rest of their drills on the field.

How to Watch the NFL Combine

Buckeye fans can watch Ohio State’s draft prospects go through their combine workouts live on NFL Network. Programming can also be streamed through the NFL app and NFL Network app on smartphones, tablets, computers and connected TV devices such as Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Roku and Xbox. Access is available for NFL Network subscribers of participating TV providers, while NFL+ subscribers can also watch a separate “Players Only” stream of each day’s workouts.

Fans are also welcome to attend the on-field workouts at Lucas Oil Stadium. Admission is free and paid parking surrounds the stadium near downtown Indianapolis.

Next Stop: The NFL draft

The first round of the 2024 NFL draft will occur on April 25 in Detroit. All seven rounds of the draft will be broadcast live on ESPN, ABC and NFL Network from April 25-27.
