Ohio State has completed its non-conference schedule for the 2025 season.
Ohio State confirmed Wednesday that it will host Ohio University at Ohio Stadium on Sept. 13, 2025. The Buckeyes will pay the Bobcats $1.9 million for their trip to the Shoe, which will be Ohio’s first game against Ohio State since the two in-state foes last met in 2010.

The game against Ohio rounds out a non-conference schedule for 2025 that will start with a home game against Texas on Aug. 30 and also includes a midseason home game against UConn on Oct. 18.
Ohio has played against Ohio State seven times with every matchup taking place in Columbus. The Buckeyes have won all seven of those games, earning a 43-7 win over the Bobcats in the most recent matchup between the two schools.
