Senior cornerback Sevyn Banks, who has started six games this season for the Buckeyes, will not suit up for the Michigan game after missing last week's matchup with Michigan State. Banks isn't the only Ohio State corner who will miss The Game, as sixth-year senior Demario McCall is also listed as unavailable for the Buckeyes.

Denzel Burke, who has started every game this season for Ohio State, and Cameron Brown, who has four starts on the year, will likely handle most of the responsibilities at cornerback for the Buckeye secondary in the rivalry game.

Fourth-year running back Master Teague will not be an option in Tony Alford's backfield on Saturday, as Ohio State’s third-leading rusher will miss his fourth game in the past six. Teague led the Buckeyes with a season-high 95 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries against Michigan State, logging most of his snaps in the second half of the blowout win.

Palaie Gaoteote will miss his second straight game at the Will linebacker position, but starting middle linebacker Cody Simon was not listed on the Buckeyes' status report despite leaving last week's game in the first half with an apparent injury. Ryan Day said earlier this week that Simon's issue was not expected to be a long-term one.

Ohio State will also get its lead kickoff returner back in the regular season finale, as freshman wideout Emeka Egbuka is not listed on the status report. Egbuka was unavailable for last week's matchup with Michigan State, and sophomore wide receiver Julian Fleming took his place on the kickoff return team against the Spartans.

Gee Scott Jr. is a new addition to the Buckeyes' unavailable list this week, although the second-year tight end had not played in four straight games prior to last week's Michigan State game.

Backup quarterback Jack Miller is not available for the Buckeyes either this week. The second-year Buckeye has not played since Ohio State's matchup with Indiana on Oct. 23, and true freshman quarterback Quinn Ewers saw reps as the Buckeyes' third-string quarterback against Michigan State last week in place of Miller.
