Garrett Wilson is back.
After missing last week's matchup with Nebraska, Ohio State will get one of its top offensive weapons back this week as Wilson is returning to practice on Tuesday and is set to play for the Buckeyes against Purdue.
“Looking forward to having him back this week,” Day said in his postgame press conference.
Wilson was considered day-to-day after he missed last week's game with what was reportedly a result of concussion protocol.
Before last week's game, Wilson was Ohio State's leader in terms of both yardage with 687 and receptions with 43. In his absence, sophomore Jaxon Smith-Njigba overtook him in both categories with a career performance of a school-record 15 catches for 240 yards and a touchdown.
