Ohio State's schedules for the 2020 and 2021 seasons are now complete.

The Buckeyes are scheduled to play Buffalo in a non-conference game on Sept. 19, 2020, and Akron in a non-conference game on Sept. 25, 2021. Both Mid-American Conference schools will make the trip to Ohio Stadium.

Buffalo made its only previous trip to Ohio State in 2013, when the Buckeyes defeated the Khalil Mack-led Bulls, 40-20. Ohio State and Akron have met eight times, with the Buckeyes holding a 7-1 edge in the series, with their last meeting coming in 2011.

In additional future scheduling news, Ohio State and Texas have mutually agreed to have move their home-and-home series, previously scheduled for 2022 and 2023, back to 2025 and 2026. The Buckeyes will travel to Austin to play the Longhorns on Aug. 30, 2025, while Texas will make the trip to Ohio Stadium on Sept. 5, 2026.

Ohio State's last meetings with Texas came at Ohio Stadium in 2005, which Texas won 25-22, and in Austin in 2006, which the Buckeyes won 24-7.

Texas announced Wednesday that the Longhorns will play a home-and-home series with Alabama in 2022 and 2023, while Ohio State has a previously announced home-and-home with Notre Dame scheduled for 2022 and 2023.
