You may recall that Ohio State raided the Lone Star State in the past recruiting cycle, nabbing three of the top-6 prospects in the state: cornerback Jeffrey Okudah, running back J.K. Dobbins and linebacker Baron Browning. With offers out to a host of the state's highest rated 2018 recruits, the Buckeyes are wisely trying to keep a stranglehold on their footprint in Texas.
The list of 2018 prospects from Houston the Buckeyes have offered, according to Eleven Warriors Director of Recruiting Andrew Lind:
- 5-star cornerback Anthony Cook
- 4-star wide receiver Brennan Eagles
- 4-star wide receiver Al'vonte Woodard
- 4-star tight end Malcolm Epps
