The No. 1 Ohio State men's volleyball team defeated No. 6 Lewis, 3-1, on Thursday night, extending its win streak to 35. In doing so, the Volleybucks set a new school win streak record for teams in head-to-head competitions.

Credit to the Flyers, who delivered the Buckeyes their fourth lost set of the season. The Buckeyes prevailed in the end, however; 25-13, 20-25, 25-14, and 25-17.

Driss Guessous, Miles Johnson and Nicolas Szerszen led the way for the Buckeyes, accumulating 44 kills.

The Bucks last lost on Feb. 6th, 2016, to Butler, the team it beat last Thursday to break 47-year-old men's volleyball record for wins in a row.

Ohio State is next in action Saturday when it hosts Loyola at 7 p.m. ET on BTN Plus.
