I'm new to the forum and am still trying to figure everything out. One thing I haven't had much luck with is the up/down voting. Who can vote? I see the helmet sticker correlation, but I don't see anywhere that would allow me to vote. Is there a probationary period for accounts, or is the voting only available for certain accounts?
