What I found odd is that Jerry Jones noted that "we plan for a player not being available." This disturbed me at first because ability is a necessity; but in my world, availability trumps ability probably 95% (or more) of the time. I then thought about it and realized that injuries, etc. would also be a part of "not being available", and thus, planning for it would be a key consideration of leadership.
Thoughts on this or the article?
