Nike’s The Opening Ohio Regional was held at the Woody Hayes Facility on the Ohio State campus on May 31. Six of the Buckeyes’ 2015 commitments worked out and three of their 2017 commitments did the same.

The highest score among those nine Ohio State commitments went to 2017 offensive lineman Josh Myers who had a 98.94 score. Myers checked in at 6’5.5” and 298-pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 5.11 seconds and had a 29.2” vertical jump.

Not all of the Buckeye commitments had final scores. Tight end Jake Hausmann and H-back Kierre Hawkins did not run the 40-yard dash and Hausmann did not do the vertical jump.  Austin Mack did not do any of the testing.
