So PSU is supposed to have a huge recruiting turnout tonight, with many of the recruits also being heavily recruited, even leaning (here's looking at you Mr. Burrell) towards the good guys.

How much, if any contact can tOSU players and coaches have with those players?  Are there rules against it, or just frowned upon, sort of like the "gentlemen's" agreement in the B1G about flipping committed prospects?
