Buckeyes offer Damar Hamlin, the country's 12th-ranked CB for 2016. He plays for Central Catholic HS in Pittsburgh. Hamlin is being recruited by Luke Fickell and Chris Ash. I'll have more on this offer later in the day but Hamlin worked out at Ohio State during Friday Night Lights.
