Ohio State added to the future of its special teams room on Wednesday evening.
Long snapper Brody Jenkins, a former Army commit, committed to Ohio State as a preferred walk-on in the class of 2026.
Excited to be continuing my education and athletic career at THE Ohio State University! Thank you to my coaches and my teammates, and especially to my parents for all the support and encouragement along the way. Grateful to Coach Daniel and Coach Day for the opportunity! pic.twitter.com/pGRDZklrfI

Jenkins is ranked as the No. 3 long snapper in the country by Rubio Long Snapping. A native of Madison, Georgia, he also played linebacker for his high school, Madison County. He held a trio of scholarship offers from Auburn, Air Force and Army, but elected to walk on at Ohio State. He'll give the Buckeyes a third option at long snapper behind UCF transfer Dalton Riggs and junior walk-on Grant Mills.
