Watching various college football shows I’ve now been told that Ohio State, Notre Dame, Texas, Penn State, Georgia, Oregon, Tennessee, Alabama, TTUN, and several other teams are “not going anywhere”. Is that even possible? I’ve been told that every one of these teams is on the rise, but that simply can’t be true. In a landscape that changes as often as this one it can’t be possible that every good team is only getting better. Which programs do you think ARE “going anywhere”, and why?
