From what I’ve just read, the Rose Bowl replaces its natural grass field before every game, and has incubated it under heavy blankets to make it uniform, springy and as perfect as possible each time for each game. 
Does a natural grass field favor a fast OSU team (home is turf) or does it favor a fast Oregon team (home is turf)?  Or no advantage?
