I happened to tune into TPD today and their interview with Will Howard.  I was incredibly impressed.  Articulate guy, very forthcoming and likeable.  Talked candidly about how he was always an underdog and the work he had to do to get to where he is today.  Very "team first" vibe. Will be an easy guy to root for.
