I'm hoping the Ryan Day because a full time head coach and truly relinquishes play calling. He would need to hire a coach with play calling experience already to do that IMHO. Who would you like to see hired? Phil Longo, Ryan Grubb, Mack Leftwich, Tim Cramsey, Major Applewhite, Mike Bloesch and others.
