I have seen a lot of discussion around play-calling but not a lot of discussion about who’s going to be sitting in the booth. Hartline seems too involved with his guys to sit in the booth during a game.

If Wilson wasn’t integrally involved in play-calling, what was his primary function?  Was he reading defensive schemes and relaying them to the field?  Do we have someone that is capable of that task at the same level. 

This year and 2015 have a couple similarities that I don’t like.  New OC and a quarterback battle likely rolling into the season.  

The questions are:

Who sits in the booth? 
Do they do what Wilson did as well as Wilson did it? 
Are my concerns completely unfounded? 
Are there other concerns I should have regarding a “new” OC?
