For what it’s worth: Ryan Day will hold his next press conference at 11:30 a.m. Monday, two days earlier than originally scheduled.

It wouldn’t be the first time Day has moved up a press conference to announce a starting quarterback (he did so two years ago to announce C.J. Stroud as the starter) ... but it could also simply be so he can address questions about today’s scrimmage before the next groups of players and assistant coaches meet with the media. Either way, should be interesting to hear what he has to say since he went into today’s scrimmage expecting it to provide some clarity on where the team is at.
