Ronnie Hickman gave his chances of making the Cleveland Browns’ roster a big boost on Friday night.
In the final seconds of the first half of the Browns’ preseason game against the Washington Commanders, Hickman picked off a deep ball from Jacoby Brissett.

In the fourth quarter, Hickman came up with a second interception, stealing the ball away from Commanders tight end Curtis Hodges on a throw over the middle.

Hickman, who is looking to earn a backup spot at safety for the Browns after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent, also had two first-half tackles.
