In the winter & spring of 2022, there was a renewed focus on leadership. One would be hard pressed to find the locker room leaders on last year’s unit. The team & staff went so far as to create a leadership council, crediting part of last year’s struggles to a lack of leadership in the locker room. Some articles were written explaining what was going on inside the Woody to address the lack of leadership.

Here’s one.
And another - Demario’s legacy.

Demario was the butt of more jokes than Adrian Martinez and Sean Clifford combined before he cemented his leadership legacy in his final half.

All it takes is one play in one game to make your legacy as a Buckeye. Some performed for years (Archie, Mike Doss) and others had one or two moments that made them standouts (Demario and Cardale) while some otherwise great Buckeyes’ unfortunate moments in time can be painful to think about (Stoneburner & Dobbins’ drops).

Who are the unquestioned locker room leaders on this year’s squad on Defense? Offense? Special Teams?

Name your guy and what you want to see him do against Georgia.
