Did anyone here go to the PSU game? Birm mentioned on THE Podcast that much of the noise at Penn State comes from speakers in the student section and not as much from the actual students. I'm curious if anyone else saw this in person.

I have always thought that there is a limit to how loud any one person can be, and anytime a stadium gets wayyyyy louder than somewhere else then something has to be up. The NFL stadium in Seattle uses acoustic tiles to reflect sound back down towards the field, thus naturally amplifying the crowd noise. Allegedly Penn State isn't so natural.
