Big props to Julian Fleming. A guy who has battled it all. Insane hype, nagging injuries, crowded depth chart, and the pressure/frustration of sky high expectations not being met for numerous reasons.

Coming into the season Fleming was a wildcard in my eyes. JSN was thr prohibitive Billetnikoff favorite, Route Man Marv was being primed for a breakout season on the outside, and Emeka was coming into his own as a deadly multi-purpose WR. 

Julian Fleming was still battling long-term issues, but reportedly making progress. We’ve heard this with him and countless others over the years. But Julian was not to be denied! & his perseverance didn’t go unnoticed as Coach Mick awarded Fleming with “Iron Buckeye” status.

I’m so happy for Julian & how he has established himself on the field. He’s gone from a kid who flashed potential but inconsistently, to a guy who is now flourishing and starting to show out.

Hope he continues to grow, and comes back next season. Another year of Fleming, Marv, & Emeka sounds great to me!
