I have been wondering with all the talk about special teams why we are not utilizing some of the young guys in the kick return game.  Ballard with his 4.3 speed and being a back up seems like a no brainer.  Or even someone like Kaleb brown who has experience as a RB.  Just not sure because it seems like every punt no matter what is a fair catch and kick returns seem lacking.
