A week or so ago there was a question asked: how many yards could you get in a scrimmage at running back against Ohio ST’s defense.  I thought 20.

I am revising that to -40 now.

The whole defense knows what it is seeing and is coming for you right at the snap.  There is no hesitation.

Running Back is actually one of the positions I played - I have a little feel as to where to go.  Against the defense I saw Saturday - I’m not fast enough (I’m not slow compared to a lot of people) to even hit the hole before it’s gone - I’d be picking any lineman who was going forward and running it right up their back no matter where I was supposed to go.

This year’s defense is kind of terrifying to think of in terms of me trying to be on the same field.

Last year - I would have sucked against them - This year I would have had to delete all online accounts from how badly I would have been embarrassed.
