Brian Hartline lands another standout wide receiver as Kayden Dixon-Wyatt commits to Ohio State.
In a tweet on Sunday morning, Senior Bowl executive director Jim Nagy said the Senior Bowl is currently keeping a close eye on five Buckeyes who could be candidates to play in next year’s game: defensive end Zach Harrison, safety Josh Proctor, offensive tackle Dawand Jones, cornerback Cameron Brown and defensive tackle Taron Vincent.
.@OhioStateFB is tied for second-most prospects in @seniorbowl over past 4 years w/ 13, including WR Terry McLaurin & Pro Bowl OG Jonah Jackson. Those five Buckeyes could be Ohio State’s top NFL prospects among players who are classified as seniors. Other seniors who are potential prospects for the 2023 NFL draft include guard Matthew Jones, safety Tanner McCalister, fullback/tight end Mitch Rossi, defensive tackle Jerron Cage and kicker Noah Ruggles.
Redshirt juniors like safety Ronnie Hickman could also become eligible for the Senior Bowl by graduating this fall. Third-year Buckeyes like C.J. Stroud, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Paris Johnson Jr., while eligible to enter the 2023 NFL draft, would not be eligible to play in the 2023 Senior Bowl.
