Carnell Tate has been a 5 star recruit in the 2023 class for quite some time. In Rivals,  247 Sports Composite, and ON3. Now he is listed as a 4 star in the 247 Sports Composite. Anyone with knowledge for the change your comments are welcome.

Otherwise, I can theory it's conspiracy to help the elephant in the room move up faster in the rankings for 2023.
