I don't pretend to be able to analyze breaking down film. That said, I didn't see an appreciable difference in scheme or play-calling after Day's quick demotion of Coombs. What do you think was the overriding factor in that very quick decision ( other than the early results, obviously) by Day? Basically, what was Barnes going to "straighten out"? Play-calling? Scheme? Game planning? Something else? Day's quick decision makes me wonder if he didn't see that Coombs was in over his head early in the spring. I know it really doesn't matter now, but I can't help wonder.
