For Best I'll go with him naming Stroud as QB1 early about this time last year. He clearly recognized how advanced he was over McCord and focused on getting him ready rather than splitting too many reps in the name of "qb competition." Worst is easy for me. Hiring a (I won't get too specific here, lol) DC because of his recruiting skills rather than his qualifications. Day screwed up big time there, imo. I'll bet that doesn't happen again! Whether it is an in-game decision by him or administrative one, what's your view?
