Ohio State’s NIL efforts will be overseen by a former Buckeye linebacker.
Logan Hittle, who played for the Buckeyes as a walk-on in 2019 and 2020, announced Monday that he had been named the director of name, image and likeness at Ohio State.
Grateful for this opportunity, and the chance to learn from our elite leadership & administration. Excited to continue to build off the foundation weve created over the last 8 months, and provide our SAs with endless education & opportunities in this space #AGTG #Buckeyes pic.twitter.com/JsTpdOcBQ0

Per a job posting from Ohio State earlier this month, the director of NIL will “oversee and provide leadership focused on NCAA Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) education, brand development, and partnerships” throughout the athletic department.
Hittle has been working for Ohio State’s athletic department since July, when he returned to Ohio State as an associate director of student-athlete development. He previously worked as an assistant academic counselor at Tennessee following his graduation from Ohio State in 2020.
