For the past two seasons, Ohio State has been awarding the special No. 0, Block O jersey to one particular player in honor of the legendary Bill Willis.
In 2020, Jonathon Cooper wore the jersey for the first time and in 2021 Thayer Munford was awarded the jersey, even though he couldn't wear it in a game as an offensive lineman. Both Cooper and Munford took some time to explain what the jersey meant to them.

Ohio State will have a new player donning the jersey this upcoming season. If they follow precedent, it will likely be one of the 14 seniors or super seniors on the roster.
