I saw OSU personnel raising four small banners on offensive plays, and I assume it was play calling. Couldn't get a good view, but it seemed they all had OSU logos. Anyone have any idea what those were?
Would it violate any NCAA rule for a sponsor to offer a player some sort of NIL payment for a decision to play one more year before going into the NFL draft? I was thinking how valuable Ruggles sticking around for one more year would be.
