I know some have been waiting for some X and O's guys to weigh in this is the first I have seen so far.  Ross talks about quite a bit of stuff with Tom Orr it is a podcast so no diagrams....lol

It sounds like some stuff is pretty much the same but Knowles disguises things better and does use multiple fronts 4 man, 3 man using a Leo, tite front, etc.
