Lost in all the “fire all the staff” comments today is all the youth on this team. We knew going into the season that this was the youngest Buckeye team in 20 years and one of the youngest in the country. Most of the core of this team ended up being redshirt freshmen and true freshman. 
 

The losses and low moments, though, exposed the lack of leadership this team really had and how disappointing this senior class is. Caused me to look back at the 2018 recruiting class. Ranked number 2, but minus Olave, NPF, and couple of others it ended up being a dud. Take a look - 2018 class
 

The silver lining is that this youth movement is on and this season was your chance to beat us. The future is bright!
