Couldn’t Buy a Flag to Save Our Lives

More frustrating than anything else I watched was how the refs refused to throw their flag when the Buckeyes were being tackled while rushing in, interfered with during throws, thrown to the ground when the WR was well out of bounds. Then with less hand play and better coverage by  Burke, they didn’t even hesitate throwing their flags.

Another one, why didn’t the refs throw the flag when Brown was tackled while trying to stand up right in front of them before he ripped the helmet off? I know TUN played well but each of those non-calls or calls in favor of TUN that OSU wasn’t getting were huge moment killers and made a huge difference in that moment.

Now I know we have a bunch of our fan base that doesn’t like to use the refs as an excuse, and I’m fine with that. All I’m saying is I noticed how one-sided the calls were and it made a huge difference in this game. Good for them, the weather, the refs, everyone getting a year reprieve from having their butts handed to them in 2020, it all aligned and they got the win. Can’t wait to see what Harbaugh has to say next year.
