Moving Forward... Needed Defensive Adjustments

We must be capable of fielding 3 linebackers for games like this (4-3 and etc). Not on any and every down. But that 3rd linebacker like Darron Lee can still cover but makes a huge difference w/them running up the middle over and over. We can also blitz more effectively (straight up the middle). BOTTOM LINE... We won't get out physicaled.
Yes they were holding... Like Oregon was... And Wisconsin does. Our D Line men must always be capable of shedding their hands and ripping away. They were just dancing with them all game long. Both Nick, Joey, Chase and beyond wouldn't be having it.
Practice, practice, practice turning around and playing the ball in the air. Bail technique on deep balls should be running stride for stride with the receiver and feeling him with your hand on his shoulder while looking back. The best year we saw of this was when Lattimore and Conley did it as well as when Arnette and Okudah did it. No more blind eyes and reacting when the receiver reacts.
