STRANGE MARYLAND LAWS

In Halethrope, you are not allowed to kiss somebody longer than one second.
Not sure if this is a good or a bad thing.

Oral sex is banned in the state – be it with a human or animal.
The Old Line State draws the line on oral pleasures. Always disturbing when a state feels the need to add animals to these decrees.

It is illegal to throw bales of hay from a second-story window within the city limits of Baltimore.
If you are on the third floor, or higher, you can gleefully chuck hay bales to your delight. At some point, Baltimore must have had a real problem with people throwing hay out of second-story windows.

You are not allowed to eat in the ocean.
This law says nothing about drinking, so it appears you can get inebriated in the ocean. Just don't have a sandwich while doing so.
