Is Ohio State Being Underrated?

Looking around at all the various predictions and prognostications, it seems to me that, relative to the team's success over the last few seasons, Ohio State is being a tad bit underrated.

Take a look at the SP+ ratings based predictions, where Ohio State is given only a 29% chance of finishing with fewer than 2 losses, the lowest of all the P5 frontrunners outside of the PAC-12 and lower than both Alabama (51%) and Georgia (31%). I'm not really sure how the SP+ figures that Ohio State, who only plays Oregon, PSU, and Indiana has a worse shot of finishing with 1 loss or fewer than Georgia who has to go through Florida and Clemson.

There's also all the other predictions we've seen floating around like Bruce Feldman's infamous quotes, which together suggest that there's a strange amount of negativity around a program that's coming off back to back undefeated regular seasons and is returning a lot of talent on both sides of the ball. I get the defense is a question mark (not a bigger question mark than Georgia's offense, IMO) and replacing Fields will be tough, but why is it that no one gives Stroud the benefit of the doubt when everyone's ready to crown Bryce Young as the next Tua?

Anyway, what do y'all think? I'm okay with us being slightly underrated if it means we can sneak up on the rest of CFB. Makes for a better narrative in the end if Ohio State wins it all.
