I know Gene Smith said that OSU was not selling tickets to the spring game. I believe he said they might have first responders in attendance. 

   The BIG has now said these policies are up to the schools:

   Perhaps OSU could rethink this policy and give the fans something to look forward to? At the very least I am assuming the Big Ten Network will carry the spring game....can't wait to see who emerges as our QB front runner.
